Tom Kadar
Founder and CEO
Tom has been a real estate broker for over 10 years with experience in residential and commercial transactions. He runs a team of 6 in acquiring off market deals across the country for himself and his investors, with which he has a team to purchase, finance, rehab, and flip back on the market or hold with investors for great returns. Tom is also an owner of a long term property management company managing over 550+ doors across Southern California.

Founder and COO
Johnny Martinez is a former software engineer turned real estate investor, designer and Airbnb coach. Working with some of the top people in the short term rental space, over the years Johnny has learned what creates unique, scroll stopping spaces that attract guests and stay booked. With years of short term rental experience Johnny is focused on giving guests a top notch, cozy and unique experience from check in to check out.
